Conveyancing Paralegal - SJC Partners : Job Details

My client, a full service Legal 500 Law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property department in Northampton.The Role

• Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange and completion letters
• Keeping task reports up to date daily
• To ensure that the case management system is kept in an orderly manner and up to date
• Deal with client queries
• Attend to any office administration requested such as dealing with post, filing, file closures and distributing faxes
• Reviewing and dealing with additional enquiries

The Candidate

• Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role
• Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have the ability to build strong client relationships
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
