Description

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 15-20 conveyancers
• Monitoring team caseloads, KPIs, and quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Optimising processes to enhance client service and efficiency
• Managing team recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and resource planning
• Escalating and resolving client or transaction issues
• Championing continuous professional development
• Fostering a positive, engaged team culture

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5+?PQE in residential conveyancing
• An experienced leader with proven team-management ability
• Confident with KPI-driven management and reporting
• Skilled in process improvement and service delivery
• Commercially aware, regulatory-savvy, and quality-focused
• A strong communicator and client-service advocate

Job Offer

• Salary: £45,000-£50,000
• Bonus scheme linked to individual and team targets
