Job Role Summary:

Our client, a forward-thinking conveyancing firm, is seeking a Remote Conveyancer to join their team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent client service throughout the process. This is a fully remote role, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining clear communication with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently: strengthen your autonomy and technical expertise

• Advise clients on sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages: deliver clear, practical guidance throughout transactions

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: maintain high standards across all files

• Build and maintain client relationships: support client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer

• Experience across the full spectrum of residential property work

• Confident handling files from instruction to completion independently

• Strong communication and client care skills
