An established and well-respected South Yorkshire firm is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner at its Sheffield office. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a central role within a busy and growing Residential & Commercial Property team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running your own mixed caseload of residential transactions – including sales, purchases and everything in between
• Handling aspects of commercial property matters – experience here is important
• Acting as a key contact for clients, estate agents and referrers, ensuring everything moves along smoothly
• Supporting and advising junior team members when needed

What the firm is looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner
• Solid technical knowledge of both residential and commercial property work
• Someone proactive, organised and confident managing their own files
• A team player who’s happy to lend support to others
