Residential Conveyancer - Fully RemoteSalary: Up to £45,000 + BonusLooking for the flexibility of working from home while handling high-quality conveyancing work? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, multi-service law firm that truly values its people.We’re seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers who are confident managing their own caseloads and thrive in a remote environment. With a strong support team and modern systems in place, you’ll have everything you need to deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.The Role:

• Manage a caseload of up to 70 residential property files
• Handle a broad range of transactions, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build properties
  • Shared ownership
  • Remortgages
• Run matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Draft and review contracts, undertake title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and meet compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience
• Track record of managing residential conveyancing files independently
• Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
• Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
• Confident communicator who can build rapport remotely
