We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer, to lead a team of seven members as a Pod Leader. The role is working for a Solicitors firm with an excellent reputation, in the Greater Manchester area and entails managing, mentoring, training, and motivating the team to achieve a variety of targets tailored to their specific objectives, such as reducing call answering times, shortening the period from instruction to completion, and meeting billing targets, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two small teams, consisting of both new hires and experienced staff.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members.
- Set and monitor team targets to ensure they are achieved efficiently.
- Utilize Proclaim or similar software effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle a smaller caseload of complex transactions or matters, focusing on managing client expectations effectively.
Requirements:
- Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience
- Previous experience in team management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Proclaim or similar case management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and negative feedback effectively.
