Job Title: Experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal ExecutiveLocation: Maidenhead, UKSalary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annumWe are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our reputable high street law firm based in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.Responsibilities:* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity* Providing advice and support to clients throughout the process* Managing all aspects of the transaction including due diligence, title checks, and drafting contracts* Working closely with other team members to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to clients* Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIsRequirements:* At least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing* A strong track record of managing a high volume of cases* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure* Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures* Strong IT skills and experience using case management systemsBenefits:* Competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)* 4pm finish on a Friday* Opportunities for career progression and professional development* Supportive and collaborative team environment* Generous holiday allowance and pension schemeIf you meet the requirements for this role and are looking for a new and exciting challenge, please apply with your CV and a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for this position.
