Conveyancing Assistant

Harrow, Middlesex

£35,000 Pension

If you are an experienced Conveyancing Assistant then this very established local organisation could really use your expertise

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of conveyancing client cases from instigation stage to conclusion
• Liaising extensively with clients and other Solicitors to progress cases
• Utilising case management system to ensure efficient case handling
• Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and commercial leases
• Completing searches such as AML checks and conducting client due diligence
• Drafting contracts, TRI forms and other legal documentation
