Conveyancing Assistant - Eclectic Recruitment : Job Details

We are working with a fantastic company based in Hailsham who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.

The team are looking for someone with previous Conveyancing experience who can join them and hit the ground running.

Typical duties include:

• Assisting with residential property sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold
• Preparing SDLT returns
• Managing land registration applications
• Updating legal titles for any changes

The successful candidate

• Previous Conveyancing Assistant experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work independently as well and within a team
• Proficient IT skills
