Conveyancing Assistant - Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

We are currently working with a highly regarded, local law firm looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to become an integral part of their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a supportive, office-based environment.

Working closely alongside an experienced conveyancer, duties will include:

• Supporting the smooth running of residential property transactions from start to finish
• Managing searches, preparing documents, and keeping files up to date
• Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors to keep everything on track
• Assisting with completions and ensuring accurate records
• Being an approachable and reliable point of contact for clients throughout the process

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in conveyancing or legal support (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to manage deadlines and stay calm under pressure
• A professional, approachable communication style
