• Your key responsibilities will include: liaising with various stakeholders of the Firm
• including clients
• banks
• building societies and estate agents completing SDLT forms opening client files using the Firm’s case management system carrying out registrations and post completion duties sending quotes and taking instructions from clients preparing and dealing with completions
• including document prep
• accounts
• letters
• SDLTS and invoices drafting Contracts for sale files and dealing with the general day to day running of a sale file taking the matter up to exchange reporting to clients on Mortgage offers checking and raising enquiries in relation to searches and drafting and preparing search reports.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our thriving Residential Property team. The department deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing which includes; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, landlord purchases, shared ownership, and new builds.

Description

The ideal candidate should possess:

• experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant
• proactive and client-focused approach

• exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• high degree of IT literacy.
