Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Conveyancing Assistant at a Leading Yorkshire Law Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join one of Yorkshire's top law firms based in the Huddersfield office. This role offers excellent prospects for career growth and development within a well-established Legal 500 firm.

We are looking for Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. By working closely with a Senior Fee Earner, you will gain valuable experience and be part of a supportive team, creating an ideal environment for your career progression in conveyancing.

Please note, only applicants with extensive Conveyancing Assistant experience will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new client files and enter instructions into the Case Management System
• Prepare and issue relevant letters and documents
• Update the Case Management System according to team procedures
• Assist with contract issuance and responses to enquiries
• Order property searches
• Manage exchanges and related paperwork
• Handle the completion process
• Issue mortgage reports to clients
