Hours: full time, office based

This renowned law firm seeks a Conveyancing Assistant to work within its friendly high street Harrogate branch, a short walk from the train station. As a Conveyancing Assistant in their thriving Harrogate office, you will be part of a supportive team. You will be assisting an experienced Conveyancer undertaking New Build transactions. This is an ideal role for somebody looking to progress within conveyancing, working alongside a supportive team.

Daily Duties

• Supporting a New Build Conveyancer with conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients and agents over the phone, face to face and by email
• Drafting documents
• Ordering searches
• Issuing Mortgage reports
• Opening files on the case management system.

Required Skills

• Previous sales and purchase experience is desirable
• Strong IT and communication skills are essential.
