Conveyancing Legal Assistant – Heathfield – up to £32,000 TN Recruits are working with an esteemed, specialist legal firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support their active Conveyancing team. This is a team that focus on providing a bespoke, quality legal service and pride themselves on maintaining a close-knit, personable environment. They offer a warm and friendly environment with modern offices and a team culture that values work-life balance and celebrates both personal and professional achievements. Key Responsibilities:As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries
• Engaging with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
• Handling new enquiries and initiating matter openings
• Audio dictation and document preparation
• Supporting the conveyancing team with various administrative tasks

 Requirements:The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within Conveyancing
• Proficiency in handling phone communications and client interactions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

 Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum Hours: 8:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) Other benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days.
