We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, providing excellent client care while working with autonomy and flexibility.

What you’ll do:

• Handle a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress smoothly from start to finish
• Contribute to the team’s success while working independently from home

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years+)
• Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A client-focused, detail-oriented approach
