CONVEYANCER - Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment : Job Details

Hours: full time (hybrid or home working available)

A boutique Law Firm, in Leeds City Centre, require a Conveyancer to join their friendly and thriving Residential Conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion and be supported by Conveyancing Assistants.

Daily Duties

• Handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity from start to finish
• Drafting letters and legal documents
• Liaising with both clients and lenders via telephone and email
• Conducting Title checking and dealing with enquiries
• Preparing Completion Statements and bills.

Skills

• Previous experience of handling sales and purchase files from start to finish is essential.
