Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Deliver excellent client service through proactive communication and timely updates
• Ensure compliance with professional regulations, internal policies, and service level agreements
• Supervise and support junior team members, including regular file reviews
• Contribute to business development initiatives, converting enquiries into new instructions and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain financial performance by meeting billing, profit, and cash recovery targets
• Use case management systems effectively, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
