What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, estate agents, and referrers
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth
• Driving best practice and compliance across all transactions
• Building strong relationships within the local community and wider network

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Qualified as a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
