The Conveyancer will be:
- Managing a curated caseload (up to 80 sales & purchases)
- Overseeing all aspects of residential transactions
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining high client satisfaction and communication standards
- Collaborating with colleagues for seamless file handovers
- Achieving monthly performance targets
- Proactively identifying and resolving case issues
- Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
The Conveyancer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with experience in full range residential conveyancing
- Comfortable managing volumes of up to 80 files
- 2 years+ experince within conveyancing
- Organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Confident with case program systems and KPI targets
- A strong communicator and problem solver
