Conveyancer - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

A Private Practice Law firm in Reading is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its Residential Property team. Ideally you will be a Licenced Conveyancer/part or fully qualified Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum or 2 years’ fee earning experience handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload.

Equity release mortgages Transfer of properties Remortgaging and refinancing Property advice, ownership and rights-of-way Leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and right to manage Residential Landlord Disputes Previous lease experience would be an advantage but not essential.

The role requires a conveyancer with a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join forward thinking firm offering great career prospects. Salary competitive.
