What will you do? 

Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to: 

• Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties) 
• Remortgaging 
• Lease matters 
• Shared & joint ownership 
• (Basically, everything except new build transactions) 

What will you need? 

• To a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience 
• Or be an unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own caseload 
• This is a junior level fee earning role
