£45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Pension

In this role, the successful Controls Engineer or similar will be responsible for the design, and integration of the Controls Panels in Electrical Systems for Water Treatment Processes. You will also be responsible for the PLC programming as well as SCADA development, in addition to both troubleshooting and diagnostics of Control Systems. Also, you will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of Control Systems. Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring you are in accordance with compliance and safety, as well as keeping accurate technical documentation.

The ideal Controls Engineer or similar will have previous experience in a Controls Engineer role as well as a strong knowledge of Electrical Systems. You will also hold an 18th edition as well as an NVQ Level 2 or above in addition to a full, valid UK driver's license. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have a background in the Water Industry. You will also have a knowledge of PLC Programming and STRADA Development. Finally, you will already hold/be able to obtain Security Clearance.
