Contracts Manager - Insurance Repair Industry

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager for role within a successful building contractor in the Bristol area. You will be working in the insurance division, overseeing repairs & reinstatement works to residential properties following an insurance claim (fire, flood, escape of water and subsidence damage).

What is required:

• Contracts Manager experience dealing with repairs, maintenance, refurbishments to residential properties.
• Experience in managing trades teams.
• Experience in the insurance repairs industry is ideal
• You will need to be a confident IT/PC user (training on specific systems provided)
• You will need to have a full UK drivers licence (car or allowance provided)

Contracts Manager Package

• £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
• Car or allowance
• Pension/holiday/hours - Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
