At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you’ll make as a Contracts ManagerSupport the Head of Asset Investment and Delivery in the development, rationalisation, streamlining and monitoring of a designated number of maintenance, repairs and service charge contracts for the Group including Riverside Home Ownership RHO), Care and Support and the Retirement Living Programme (RLIP), leading a small number of Project Surveyors to ensure effective delivery of the required programme of works to underpin the Asset Management Strategy.About youYou will have a proven track record of successful contract implementation and management for a large and diverse portfolio of mixed tenure properties. In-depth knowledge of contract formation and contract types. Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management function. In-depth knowledge of building regulations. A proven track record of using Project Management methodologies.
