Are you an experienced hospitality or catering professional ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We’re looking for a Contract Support Manager to join our team supporting the West Midlands Police (WMP) – ESS contract.

This is a vital leadership role overseeing operational feeding and hospitality services, deputising for the General Manager, and helping ensure exceptional service across multiple locations. From tea and biscuits to sit-down dinners for 200+ guests, no two days are the same.

• Lead the hospitality and operational catering service across the WMP contract.
• Deliver excellent service across staff and delegate feeding, conferences, and events.
• Support and deputise for the General Manager as needed.
• Manage and support a small team, providing coaching, training, and development.
• Ensure accurate stock management, cost control, and food waste reduction.
• Maintain excellent standards in health, safety, and food hygiene.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel between contract sites – a full UK driving licence is essential.

? Proven experience managing successful teams in hospitality or catering? Strong organisational and leadership skills? Great communication and customer service mindset? Financially savvy with excellent IT skills? Ability to work evenings/weekends (seasonal) as part of a 5-over-7 rota? Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Experience in a similar multi-site catering/hospitality role
