Contract ManagerReactive Maintenance & Voids£65,000 + BenefitsHastings - East Sussex

Role:Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for an Contract Manager to join their management team. As a Contract Manager you will be managing reactive repairs & voids across a contract that spans across Sussex.Reporting in to the Divisional Manager, you will have a team reporting in to you that consists of a repairs manager, supervisors, planners, admin and operatives.

Experience:

• Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams
• Creating a work safe culture
• Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
• Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
• Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook
• Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
• A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
• Able to produce and deliver progress reports
• Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects
