Contract Manager - £60-80,000 - Fire Compartmentation Specialist

An award-winning building contractor specialising in restoration, cladding remediation, and fire safety works across London and the Southeast are looking for a Contract Manager experienced within Fire Compartmentation.

With a strong “service first” culture, we pride ourselves on quality, staff development, and exceptional client care.

Their work is Fire compartmentation: certified fire door installation, repair and maintenance, as well as compartmentation schemes and installation of fire detection and suppression systems. You will oversee project delivery, support Site Managers, and maintain strong client relationships.

What you’ll do:

• Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance and high standards
• Work with Fire Compartmentation projects
• Support and guide Site Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Oversee quality control, reporting, and health & safety compliance
• Build and maintain proactive client and subcontractor relationships
• Handle valuations, variations, and financial tracking throughout projects

What you’ll bring:

• Construction qualification (Level 3–6) with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of building regulations and methods
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude
