As a Continuous Improvement Technician, you will play a vital role in driving productivity and operational excellence across the site. Reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead lean manufacturing initiatives, support cost reduction programs, and develop continuous improvement training to help the business achieve its goals.

Your responsibilities as Continuous Improvement Technician will include identifying productivity gains, coaching team members on lean methodologies, and managing projects that deliver measurable performance improvements. You will work closely with multiple departments to implement best practices and ensure continuous progress toward operational targets.

To succeed as a Continuous Improvement Technician, you must have a proven track record in fault finding, process engineering, and delivering lean manufacturing projects. Strong skills in coaching and mentoring are essential. You’ll be proactive, self-motivated, and confident working with minimal supervision.
