About the Continuous Improvement Practitioner role
As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in promoting, supporting and embedding a culture of a sustainable change and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will use your knowledge and experience of CI methodologies to positively influence HM Land Registry’s (HMLR's) organisational performance.
The predominate focus of your role will be working with our Corporate Services teams, implementing visual management, building CI capability and refining their CI journeys to provide an optimum environment for teams to fulfil their potential.
You will also support national change programmes and projects with identifying improvements and efficiencies, ensuring that new systems and work routines are developed to maximise value to our customers and the organisation.Regular travel to other HMLR office's may be required, with overnight stays expected where appropriate.Please see the attached Candidate Pack for further information on this role and our fantastic rewards package.
