MLC Partners are pleased to be supporting a leading London NHS Trust in the recruitment of a Continuous Finance Manager. This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to make a tangible impact on financial transformation and patient care.

Overview

Working as part of the Finance Continuous team, you’ll support the delivery of Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs), lead on project governance, and drive initiatives that improve financial performance across the organisation. The role offers a unique blend of finance and project work in a complex NHS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor CIP delivery and benefits tracking.
• Support full project lifecycle delivery within the finance function.
• Work across teams to identify improvements and implement change.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and performance management are robust and effective.

What We're Looking For

• CCAB qualified or finalist.
• Experience in a finance-based PMO or project environment.
• Knowledge of NHS finance and service delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

Desirable

• LEAN or PRINCE2/project management qualifications.
• Experience in financial transformation or continuous improvement programmes.
