The successful candidate will handle matters including:

• Disputes relating to wills, trusts, and estate administration
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Challenges to wills on grounds such as capacity and undue influence
• Removal of executors or trustees and breach of trust claims
• Court of Protection disputes

The role involves working with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, and charities, with opportunities to contribute to business development activities.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:
