Uphold our brand image and tone of voice, while also serving as an expert advocate for it within the organisation. You will:

  • Create website copy, including product pages, landing pages, and blog content, following SEO best practices to boost website traffic.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to convey the brand's unique voice and maintain consistent standards in external communication.
  • Develop client documentation for the booking process, fostering strong client-brand relationships.
  • Research industry trends to enhance content knowledge.
  • Identify successful content and recommend improvements.
  • Maximise sales through engaging promotional content.
  • Work with the marketing team on brand awareness campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, ensuring accurate press releases.
  • Proofread and edit marketing content within brand guidelines.
  • Assist in other content creation tasks across the group.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree educated within a relative discipline such as English, Creative Writing, Journalism or another closely related field
  • Demonstrable experience in copywriting, ideally within the leisure & tourism sector
  • Passion or interest in the leisure and tourism industry
  • The ability to produce succinct and well-structured copy as standard
  • Impeccable writing, editing and proofreading skills - an eye for detail is a must
  • Results-driven and aware of the role content plays in the wider marketing team
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and keyword research tools
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong verbal and written ability
  • Ability to effectively prioritise work and deliver on strict deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of IT, including Microsoft Office.
