You will be responsible for developing and executing captivating marketing and product content across multiple platforms, creating and implementing a social media content strategy, and establish a firm social media presence for upcoming product launches.

DAY TO DAY:

• Lead content creation efforts, acting as editor and chief copywriter, to maintain quality, clarity and brand consistency.
• Drive improvement in content creation practices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content plans for new campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research to inform content strategies.
• Partner with subject matter experts for thought leadership content.
• Managing relationships with external partners.
• Oversee scheduling and delivery of content across different platforms.
• Manage social media posts and engagement.
• Develop the internal social media initiative and relationships with online influencers.
• Educate internal staff on social media practices.
• Monitor social media conversations.
• Set targets for brand awareness and engagement and analyse performance metrics for improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or any related field.
• Proven digital marketing experience, including social media strategy and content planning.
• Experience in social media marketing or digital media.
• CRM system experience, ideally with Hubspot.
• Excellent writing skills with adaptability and creativity to create content.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Writing/editorial background.
• Proficient in content creation for online platforms.
• Experience using a professional camera and editing equipment.
• Adobe Suite proficient.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practice.
• Passionate about social media, influencer, and digital trends.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
