The role:

As Content and Social Media Manager you'll work in tandem with the wider marketing and creative team, creating content for the business across all modern channels, both paid & organic, as well as managing the business’ websites. There is heaps of creativity involved and you’ll be key in developing and executing a range of campaigns. The key to this role is creativity - it already has a developed and comprehensive content and social media strategy, for all major platforms, and your focus will be to enhance it, ensuring their brand is at the forefront of their audience. At your disposal, is an awesome marketing team, as well as some extremely talented creatives & photographers, but your eyes will be focused on content creation, from those initial ideas to execution.

Writing will also be a key element - your love for the written word will be utilised for a range of different platforms, including, their website, articles, brochures, and all sales collateral, blogs as well as short and snappy copy for promotional aspects.

You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure content accuracy, so it compliments and enhances other integrated campaigns and aligns with branding guidelines. You’ll also oversee all paid social media campaigns for the business, and keep an eye on the metrics, as well as creating all organic social media content, visual & written. What we’re looking for:Attitude & temperament is key in this role - the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider content channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.

You’ll ideally need a few years under your belt, have a steady career, and you may have come from a writing or broad digital background, prior to specialising in content & social. It goes with saying that you’ll have a solid record of curating engaging content across different platforms, and ideally be savvy with the analytical aspect of this function, too.

You’ll be capable of writing for a mix of campaigns and be able to monitor budgets & be capable of using Google Analytics, combined with an understanding of CRM systems, so that you track and measure various campaigns.
