This role offers a permanent position with a 35-hour work week and excellent work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of container movements and documentation
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate container transport operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor transport schedules and adapt plans in response to operational changes or delays
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, data entry, and communication with stakeholders
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Provide support to the wider team during peak periods or operational challenges

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in container transport planning or a similar logistics role
• Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills
• Self-reliant, proactive, and able to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with transport scheduling software and Microsoft Office
