My client is one of Manchester’s most highly sought after PR & Social agencies, who have an exciting opportunity to join their award winning social team!
They are looking for a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling, digital innovation, and delivering real business impact. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead campaigns and shape client strategies for some of the UK’s biggest and best known retail, food and drink, transport, hospitality, interior and FMCG brands.
You’ll play a key role in delivering standout campaigns by developing content, managing projects, and helping shape strategies that drive real results.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:?
- Producing a wide range of high-quality, multi-format content from social posts and scripts, to case studies and proposals. You’ll craft content that meets the client’s needs and tone of voice.
- Overseeing campaign delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and internal coordination to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on distribution strategies across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
- Setting campaign KPIs, interpreting results, and using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate value to clients.
- Building and establishing strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact, identifying opportunities for growth, and proactively solving challenges.
- Supporting new business and organic growth through insight-led recommendations, pitch development, and strategic proposals.
- Leading by example, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Proven experience in consumer communications, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with consumer audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK media landscape and digital platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent work.
- A desire to grow, mentor others, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Their culture is really important to them, they all share a passion to be the best, deliver meaningful work and push the boundaries. They encourage their people to think freely and push creativity, continually testing and learning. All of which means their clients get the stand-out they want and their people get to show how talented they are.
A lot of thought and investment into internal programmes, to make sure they can support the team’s wellbeing. This supportive culture and their generous package of benefits and employee initiatives is why people love to stay with them and grow as part of the agency.
