- We are seeking a dynamic Consumer Insight Manager to join this high-performing and passionate team.
Role:
- As a Consumer Insight Manager, you will be the key authority in shaping actionable insights to guide portfolio, brand, investment, and innovation strategies, working closely with regional and central teams.
- You will focus on the Global region with a focus on EMEA, identifying and unlocking consumer insights, developing major brand ideas, breakthrough campaigns, and guiding innovation.
- Collaborating with Global Brand and Innovation teams, you will drive an integrated strategic insight framework for strategies and activations. You will also play a crucial role in objectively reporting on market performance and its key drivers.
- Your expertise in leveraging syndicated data and consumer research will be vital in crafting impactful insights and recommendations to shape our commercial strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- We are seeking a thought leader for the EMEA region to provide a holistic and integrated view of consumer behaviour and the marketplace, guiding strategic and tactical initiatives.
- You should have substantial consumer insights experience in FMCG companies, particularly within Global markets, with a deep understanding of customer behaviour, preferences, and behavioural observations.
- Experience in data collection from various sources, such as surveys, social media, sales data, and customer feedback, is essential.
- You must be highly analytical, able to translate insights into actionable strategies, and collaborate effectively with data providers.
- Exceptional communication skills are crucial, with the ability to build relationships quickly and challenge the status quo when necessary.
- You should be commercially astute, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate resilience, agility, and personal accountability.
