Description
- Conduct literature reviews to support research in behavioural science and psychology.
- Analyse quantitative data from surveys and other sources, extracting and communicating insights.
- Design and interpret behavioural science experiments for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop reports, presentations, and summaries tailored to different audiences.
- Stay current with the latest developments in psychology and behavioural science.
- Explore new and emerging trends across related disciplines.
- Actively participate in workshops, seminars, and industry networking opportunities.
- Travel within the UK and EU may be required for conferences, workshops, supplier meetings, and other events.
Profile
- Degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial settings focused on business or customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
- Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools such as SPSS, or R.
- Ability to synthesise complex research into clear and actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them reliably and on time.
- Confidence in assessing research quality, methodology, and real-world impact.
- Skilled in designing small-scale research studies on behavioural topics.
