Job Title: Consultant Ecologist

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000

Location: Manchester

We have an opportunity for a Consultant Ecologist to join a leading employee-owned Environmental Consultancy with an office in Manchester. They're already an established company going through a period of growth, and are bringing a more flexible and well-being focused approach to your Ecological career.

As a Consultant Ecologist the role is a mix of field and desk-based work. You will be responsible for managing your own diverse portfolio of projects, performing a range of surveys and report writing, and providing a best-practice ecological advice and services to your clients.

To be considered for the Consultant Ecologist position you will need proven experience in ecological consultancy, a membership of CIEEM, hold one or more protected species licences (or be working towards them), in-depth knowledge of survey techniques across different species, project management skills, and hold a full driving licence with access to your own car.
