SITE INSTALLER - CONSTRUCTION

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM - 5PM

£28,000 - £30,000 PER ANNUM, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Installer to install display installations across the UK for our well-established client based in Gloucester on a full-time permanent basis.

You must hold a valid CSCS Card for this role.

Day to Day Duties

• Installing and fitting displays, retail fixtures and signage on client sites
• Following technical drawings and site plans to ensure accurate installation
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring all work meets quality, health & safety, and client standards
• Liaising with site managers and clients to complete installations on time
• Working flexibly across different locations nationwide
• Maintaining tools, equipment and company vehicle (if provided)

Essential Skills

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Flexibility to travel and work varied hours (Essential) 
• The role may require some overnight travel depending on projects so flexibility is required for working away from home - all expenses paid 

Desirable Experience

• Previous installation, shop fitting or fitting experience desirable
• Strong DIY / joinery / carpentry / basic electrical skills
• Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-site
• Strong attention to detail to ensure displays are fitted to brand standards

Training

• Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
