Construction Project Manager x 2

Venn Group are working with a major private healthcare client in London to recruit for x2 Construction Project Managers to work within the Capital team.

Salary: circa £70,000 dependent on experience

Length: Permanent

Location: London (3d per week on-site minimum)

The successful candidate will:

· Lead on a range of small to large sized multi-million pound projects within an existing portfolio of hospital buildings in the UK, encompassing anything from new technology, diagnostic imaging replacements, new theatres to entire new hospitals and beyond

. Act in the role of client project manager for a variety of capital projects in the built environment, that span design and construction phases

. Provide expert specialist and professional construction and estates projects advice to internal and external stakeholders

. Lead the project engagement with all key stakeholders including the establishment of clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle

The successful candidate will have:

· Construction background and experience of delivering complex projects

· Healthcare experience ideally

. Client-side experience and strong stakeholder engagement

. Practical working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
