�? Who Are We Looking For?

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking an inspiring and experienced Course Leader to lead and develop our Construction Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) at Level 4. ?? About the Role

As Course Leader, you will:

• Lead the delivery, coordination, and development of the HNC Construction Management course.
• Teach modules and provide academic leadership.
• Ensure students gain the technical and professional skills needed in today’s construction industry.

This role is ideal for someone with broad Construction knowledge and confidence teaching undergraduate students at Level 4. You’ll enrich the student experience by drawing on your industry background and delivering high-quality, engaging education.

? Requirements:

• Industry experience in Construction
• Proven record of inspirational teaching at Higher Education (HE) level
• Commitment to teaching and learning excellence
• Friendly, effective communicator with a passion for student success

• HNC Architectural Technology (HTQ) | Level 4
• HNC Civil Engineering | Level 4
• HNC/D Quantity Surveying (Pearson HTQ)
• HNC Construction Management (HTQ) | Level 4
