  • Managing a diverse caseload of construction disputes in the Sheriff's Court and Court of Session

  • Advising clients on complex litigation matters, including professional negligence and insurance claims

  • Engaging in business development and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Staying abreast of legal developments in construction law to provide informed advice

Profile

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years PQE in construction, commercial, or insurance litigation

  • Experienced in handling cases in the Sheriff's Court and Court of Session

  • Proficient in managing complex legal issues and providing strategic advice

  • Skilled in client relationship management and business development

  • Committed to continuous professional development in construction law

Job Offer
