We are seeking a dedicated Education Facilitator to join our team. This role involves promoting courses, recruiting and enrolling learners, and ensuring a high standard of education delivery. The ideal candidate will support learners both academically and pastorally to help them achieve their full potential.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the promotion of courses and manage the recruitment and enrolment of learners.
  • Assess learners effectively to ensure that learning meets individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe learning environment, promoting the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching and learning tools to create engaging learning opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding learning experiences using creative strategies to inspire and engage learners.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support, mark and assess work, and offer constructive feedback to help learners improve.
  • Take responsibility for the progress and achievement of all learners on your course.
  • Champion the integration of Maths and English in your teaching and lead a programme or course with high standards of behaviour and performance.
  • Liaise with support functions, external agencies, and parents to ensure learners make good progress.
  • Use and analyse programme data to support effective course management and deliver information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to support learners' decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in educational facilitation, with a strong understanding of effective teaching strategies.
  • Ability to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in assessing student work and providing meaningful feedback.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Knowledge of current educational technology and teaching methods.
  • Familiarity with the principles of equality, diversity, and safeguarding within an educational context.
