Construction Administrator - Fawkes and Reece : Job Details

Salary £28-30,000

Location: City of London

Role: Construction Administrator

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Office Based

Duties Include:

• Administrative Tasks
• Supporting the Directors and team with tasks
• Manage and succeed in the general running of the office day to day.
• Answering a large number of inbound calls.
• Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management systems are in place
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
• Social Media Assistance when required

Requirements:

• A Positive Personality
• Can do Attitude
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Advanced Communication Skills and Telephone Manner
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• IT skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to commute to London throughout the week
