Are you a Conference Producer with B2B event experience looking to step into a high-growth, international fintech company? What You’ll Do:

• Lead conference production from research and agenda creation to C-level speaker recruitment
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive event attendance and brand growth
• Bring new ideas to the table - new topics, formats, or delivery styles to keep the programme innovative and competitive
• Ensure smooth delivery of events through exceptional project management and stakeholder communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B conference production
• Strong research, writing and programme-building skills
• Confident communicator - able to secure and manage senior speakers and stakeholders
• Degree-educated
• Solid time management and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM or event management software
