Concierge - Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Our client is currently looking for a Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential development in East London. Shift pattern is 3 on 3 off, working from 8am-8pm.

Position: Day Concierge

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: East London

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
• Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
• Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
• Assisting residents with day to day queries.
• Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
• Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
• Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
• Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
