We are seeking a motivated and innovative Computer Science Teacher to join a successful and supportive secondary school in Burgess Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to develop digital skills that will prepare them for the future.

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will deliver a broad and engaging curriculum to students in Years 7-11. You will play a key role in nurturing digital literacy, computational thinking, and creativity in the classroom. The role does not include sixth form teaching.

• Plan and teach high-quality, differentiated lessons in Computer Science

• Use a variety of teaching strategies to support all learners

• Assess and monitor student progress to ensure strong outcomes

• Contribute to the development of the computing curriculum and resources

• Take part in departmental and whole-school initiatives and CPD

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Computer Science or related subject

• Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for digital learning

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
