Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify mitigation steps.
• Collaborate with GEMMs on compliance matters.
• Assess IT system requirements for compliance monitoring.
• Enhance compliance arrangements in monitoring, governance, and training.
• Engage with regulatory matters and prioritise compliance tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 10 years of compliance experience in financial services or regulatory authority.
• Proficiency in market abuse risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Strong technical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Higher education qualification in any subject matter.
