Compliance Officer - Eteach Group Services Limited : Job Details

The Role

Eteach is seeking a Compliance Officer to manage the end-to-end compliance process for tutors. This role ensures that every tutor meets the highest safeguarding and regulatory standards. Alongside compliance, you will also support the wider recruitment function by assisting with candidate resourcing when required. This is a fast-paced role that combines strong organisational skills with excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full compliance cycle for tutors, including right to work checks, references, safeguarding documentation, and DBS processing
• Maintain accurate compliance records in line with company policies and industry regulations
• Guide tutors through the compliance process, providing clear communication and support at every stage
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to assist with tutor resourcing and candidate attraction when needed
• Stay informed of legislation and best practices relating to tutor safeguarding and compliance
• Produce compliance reports and updates for management as required

About You

• Experience in a compliance role, ideally within recruitment or education, is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Knowledge of safeguarding within the education sector would be an advantage
